When Keith and I were working on THAT GIRL he did various character designs based on my thumbs. Archon was a government super who had the ability to basically copy and improve the abilities of those he faced. So if you are strong he is stronger, if your fast he is faster. If you could shoot fire he could shoot it hotter and further.

He was loosely based on my pal from www.millarworld.net Archonis.

It has been a while. Good news is we have done a few cons and shows since we last spoke. And I taught two classes at the Norton Museum of Art. Comics art and creating characters. Fun stuff.

Gearing up already for Megacon 2012 with some art for a Jam Print my good pal Manny Cartoon is running.
Can't wait to see the finished project. The Spider-man joint we did for Supercon was awesome.

Free Comic Book Day MADNESS Continues at Florida Super Comics Saturday May 21rst!

Come on down to the MONTH LONG festivities at Florida Super Comics this weekend. Buy lots of cool comics, meet fellow travelers in all things comics, games and Anime and talk to some cool local artists like me!!!

I will be doing sketches all day Saturday, selling some prints too. I hope to see you there.

While I am at it, let me remind you that Florida Super Con in Miami is only a short month and a half away. Pete Hernandez and myself will be there all four days. Buy your tickets in advance. Its cheaper. And gas is expensive so try and save a few bucks.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to do sketches and sell some art for Free Comic Book Day at Docking Bay 94. It was a fun, friendly busy event. Run by great folks. I also met a ton of cool people and talked a lot about comics, art and other geek stuff.
